When a mirror breaks
the person closes his eyes
fists also the mouth.
The pieces remain scattered
some reflect the ceiling
the windows the stars
others bite the dust
and those who fall to one side
sink like knives.
But in reality
the mirrors almost never break
they have no reason they do not have a way
to break on their own
they can stain become yellow
like paper (that breaks
when the time flowing
quiet on his bed burns him)
but breaking them is impossible
because everything is impossible for them
except stay in place
and fill with grimaces
while the person shaves
or look at your teeth
before going to bed.
